[Activities]

  • Rinko started her professional career as a pianist in Canada in 2001, then in Belgium, and proceeded to work in Japan. She is periodically invited to Poland for concert activities and making presentation about Japan.
  • Rinko has a 15-year career as a school teacher. Her lessons always attract the attention of her students due to their "uniqueness" based on what she herself has experienced abroad.

As a Translator

Rinko is an experienced translator at "Make your own Shakuhachi  bamboo flute" workshop.

It is a valuable experience for people from abroad to come to Yokkaichi and make their own shakuhachi, beginning with just a piece of bamboo, under the guidance of master Taro MIURA.

★As a Musician

Rinko organizes concerts for a singer from Canada every year. She also sends a Japanese singer to Montreal every autumn for the International Vocal Concerts: "Les Jeunes Ambassadeurs Lyriques"
Rinko is frequently invited to Poland where the excellent flutist Alicja Molitorys is active. They have been performing as "Duo Tori" or Two Birds all over Poland and Japan since 2012.
